TO BE A STUDENT MEMBER, HE/SHE MUST:

a) must be enrolled not lower than in the third year level in a Commission on Higher Education (CHED)-recognized engineering institution in the Philippines that offers the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or its equivalent;

b) must submit a Student Member application form to the Student Chapter organized in the engineering institution;

c) payment of all fees and dues required of a student members.

Student membership will cease in two (2) years after graduation, but in no case will continue for more than five (5) years unless an application for reclassification to either Associate or Regular Membership is pending.
