TO BE A REGULAR MEMBER, HE/SHE MUST:

a) must be duly registered in the rolls of the Professional Regulation Commission to practice Civil Engineering in the Philippines;

b) must submit a Membership Information Sheet to the National Administrative Office or to any accredited Chapter with a photocopy of PRC Identification Card and a 2" x 2" picture;
c) payment of all fees and dues required of members

Regular Members can vote and be voted upon.
