TO BE A LIFE MEMBERS, HE/SHE MUST::

a) a Regular Member in good standing for at least five (5) years;

b) submit a Life Membership application form to the National Administrative Office or thru the respective Chapter with 2" x 2" and a 1" x 1" picture;

c) payment of all fees and dues required of Life Members

The effectivity of this membership classification is upon approval of the National Board of Directors. After the approval of the National Board, will be issued a Life Member certificate and Identification Card.

A life member will continue to possess and enjoy all the rights and privileges of a Regular Member in good standing but will be exempted from the payment of annual dues. However, he will still be required to pay all special assessments levied against active members, the non-payment of which may result in temporary curtailment of privileges.
