TO BE AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER, HE/SHE MUST:

a) holder of a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from any recognized engineering institution but who has not yet been admitted to the practice of Civil Engineering by the Professional Regulation Commission;

b) must submit a Membership Information Sheet to the National Administrative Office or to any accredited Chapter with a photocopy of diploma;

c) must pay all fees and dues required of members
