    Disaster Mitigation And Preparedness Strategies(DMAPS) -The Philippines is well identified to be prone to natural disasters, and even technological disasters. PICE is a huge organization with nationwide reach, through its 95 chapters in all the regions,DMAPS Project Brief | Program.



    Disaster Quick Response Program ( DQRP) All Volunteers are requested to update their DQRP Identification cards.

    In times of emergency, volunteers will be called upon to conduct rapid evaluation of the resulting damage, structural integrity and vulnerability of existing buildings and vital structures, especially those with high density occupancy.     Gawad Kalinga (GK) - PICE entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Gawad Kalinga Foundation in 2003, to be an active participating partner in the Gawad Kalinga shelter and Site Development Program to share its knowledge and resources with the less fortunate in life.
